Losing my Lily was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life, but the team here made an unbearable situation feel as gentle and dignified as possible.

Choosing aquamation for her after life care was the best decision I could have made. From the very first conversation, I felt supported, informed, and never rushed. Ron was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. He didn't just handle logistics - he handled me. He spoke with compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. I truly felt like I had a friend walking me through something incredibly painful.

Every detail was treated with respect and care. Lily was honored in a way that brought me peace during a time when peace felt impossible.

If you are facing the devastating loss of a pet, I cannot recommend this place enough. They provide not only professional service, but real human compassion and that makes all the difference.

After losing my baby Miffy I was a mess I knew I wanted him cremated but I didn't know where. Thankfully I had an amazing support system who helped me while I grieved the loss of my baby. He came across soothing streams page and called them for me, even though I didn't call Ron he was very nice and gave my friend the price. After my friend explained how everything worked and explained that water cremation was better, more affordable, and more gentle for my rabbit I immediately agreed. It was an hour drive for me but it was worth it. Ron was very nice and compassionate he asked me lots of questions about Miffy and was genuinely interested about Miffy's story. It only took 3 days for Miffy to be ready so it was a quick process. They were even able to retrieve his microchip back and gave it back to me. Thank you Ron for your compassion, and thank you for offering an affordable gentle aquamation for small exotic pet owners like me I'll make sure to recommend Soothing streams any chance I get. The only thing I would probably recommend changing would be the bags the ashes are placed in, I'm not sure if it's because Miffy was small but there has to be better bags then a zip lock bag for small exotic pets. But regardless of that thank you for giving Miffy a dignified and soothing farewell

I'll miss you now and forever Miffy thank you for giving me the honor of being your mom
